  • 10 week term, 45 minute lessons plus 1 1/2 hour make up clinic

Junior Squad Training
  • More cardio intensive training
  • Focus on improving skill levels
  • Reinforce & develop mind and body
  • Preparing players for competition
  • 10 week term, 75 minute lessons plus 1 1/2 hour make up clinic
  • 1 to 4 ratio
Adult Group Lessons
  • Social interaction & skill development
  • Fun, active & healthy sessions
  • Participants are encouraged (not essential) to organise a group of 4 for an enjoyable experience
  • 10 sessions, 60 minutes
  • 1 to 4 ratio
Workout Sessions
  • Higher intensity cardio based workout session
  • Training aids used such as skipping ropes, step ladders, etc
  • Improve fitness & skill level
  • 10 sessions, 45 minutes
  • 1 to 6 ratio
Adult Squads
  • Reinforce good learning technique
  • Stronger preparation for competition
  • More focus on rallying & point play
  • 10 sessions, 60 minutes
